Just across the Red River from the brewery in Moorhead, MN sits an immaculate replica of the Hopperstad Stave Church. The original Hopperstad is in Vik, Norway and was built around the year 1100. It’s one of the oldest of these iconic stave churches still standing.

The Hopperstad Series features new and unique hops in a single hop beer to let that hop’s flavor and aroma shine.

El Dorado hops give a beer crisp, tropical fruity aromas and flavors of watermelon, pear, pineapple, mango and stone fruit. It’s strong tropical fruit character makes this one of our favorite hops for this kind of clean, crisp, refreshing and interesting session IPA. Also, did you know that “El Dorado” is spanish for “The Dorado?”
