About the Role:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of Drekker Brewing Company within your assigned market. Through account visits, sampling events, relationship building, retail execution, and community engagement, you’ll help drive awareness, sales, and enthusiasm for the Drekker brand.
This is a field-focused position designed to support distributor execution, increase brand visibility, generate new placements, and build lasting relationships with retailers and consumers.

Core Responsibilities
- Conduct regular account visits within assigned territory
- Build relationships with retail buyers, managers, bartenders, and key account personnel
- Identify and secure new account opportunities
- Support distributor execution and market priorities
- Execute approved sampling activations and promotional events
- Maintain strong shelf presence, displays, menu placements, and tap visibility
- Educate consumers and accounts on Drekker products and brand story
- Track market activity, opportunities, and competitive insights
- Submit weekly recaps, account visit logs, and activity reporting
- Attend required meetings and maintain regular communication with Sales Leadership
- Represent Drekker professionally at all times
Performance Expectations
Brand Ambassadors are expected to consistently contribute to the growth and visibility of the Drekker brand, through the following performance standards:
Market Growth & Account Development
- Open and support an average of five (5) new account placements per week
- Support the sale and movement of an average of twenty (20) cases per week
- Support an average of three (3) keg placements per week
- Execute a minimum of two (2) approved sampling activations per quarter
Execution & Reporting
- Maintain consistent account coverage and relationship management
- Submit timely and accurate weekly recaps, visit logs, and market feedback
- Attend required meetings and training sessions
- Demonstrate professionalism and positive representation of the Drekker brand
Performance is reviewed regularly. Continued employment and incentive eligibility are dependent upon maintaining performance standards, professionalism, and adherence to Company policies.
Compensation & Incentives
Hourly Compensation
- $25.00 per hour
- Paid according to company payroll schedule
Quarterly Incentive Opportunity
Brand Ambassadors are eligible to earn a quarterly incentive equal to 10% of earned hourly wages.
Eligibility:
- Achievement of established performance expectations
- Completion of required reporting and administrative responsibilities
- Verified execution of approved market activities
- Compliance with Company policies and standards
Quarterly incentives are reviewed and approved by Sales Leadership and paid according to standard accounting and payroll procedures.
Expenses & Reimbursements
Drekker reimburses reasonable and approved business expenses incurred while performing job duties.
Monthly Expense Budget
- Up to $500 per month in reimbursable expenses
- Expenses exceeding $500 require prior written approval from Sales Leadership
Mileage Reimbursement
- Reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate
- Mileage must be documented using an approved tracking method
Cell Phone Stipend
- $50 per month
Expense Submission
- Expenses must be submitted through the Company’s approved expense management platform
- Monthly submissions are due by the 5th of each month
- Approved reimbursements will be paid through the next available reimbursement cycle

Personal Skills Required
- 21 years of age or older
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable speaking with consumers and retail partners
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift and move beer cases, POS materials, and event equipment
- Passion for craft beer, community building, and customer experience
- Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed
