About The Role:

As an event coordinator, your role is to ensure customers feel the full magic of the Drekker brand through every interaction.

Core Responsibilities

Private Event Coordination

• Oversee and manage private event setup and post-event flips/cleaning of event spaces, either the night of the event or in the days following
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment throughout each event
• Serve as the on-site representative for weddings, corporate events, and special events alongside Client Experience Manager
• Ensure all contract terms are fulfilled and event details are delivered as promised
• Coordinate with vendors, bar staff, and internal teams to ensure smooth event flow
• Troubleshoot issues promptly, keeping guests happy and events on track

Drekker/Brewhalla Event Coordination

• Serve as the on-site representative for public and ticketed events
• Collaborate with the Event Director to plan event logistics and timelines
• Oversee and plan event-related setup and flips, including décor planning and execution
• Manage the storage, organization, and upkeep of event-related items
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless execution

Personal Skills Required

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally friendly
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to take initiative
• Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in events and hospitality preferred
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 35–50 lbs
• Available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
