Role: Day-of Event Coordinator

Position Type: Full-time

Schedule: This is a full-time position. Will be primarily weeknights and weekends, but may include weekdays, daytime, and holidays. Typical schedule is Wednesday-Sunday.

Pay Type: Hourly

Position Overview: We’re looking for a Day-of Event Coordinator to join us in making some killer memories for our customers! This position will work alongside our Lead Event Coordinator to deliver an exceptional and memorable event experience for clients and guests – from set up to tear-down and everything in between.

Purpose: Responsible for delivering an exceptional event experience through great customer service, friendly and prompt communication, and prompt execution of all event tasks.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Positively represent Brewhalla and Drekker Brewing Company at all times
  • Execute event logistics and timelines with Event Team (Event Director and Event Coordinator)
  • Provides day of coordination for all Drekker and Brewhalla events
  • Build strong and positive client relationships
  • Manages the flip of spaces as well as general cleaning and maintenance of event spaces
  • Participate in identifying and creating customer enhancing experiences
  • Assist Event Director with various admin responsibilities and tasks such as: event set up and tear down, NA purchasing, etc
  • Collaborate on coordinating Brewhalla and Drekker Brewing Company events
  • Develop relationships with local industry partners
  • Professional and timely communication with team members, clients, and vendors via email and phone



  • Day-of Event Coordinator on duty for a majority of weddings, miscellaneous rentals, and special events (Majority of wedding shifts occurring Fridays and Saturdays (and some Sundays): typically during ceremony and reception (approximately 8am start time through reception 1am cleanup) – working alongside Event Coordinator)
  • Serve as on-site representative on the day/evening of an event
  • Serve as liaison between client, vendors, and bar staff
  • Manage the flip and clean the space following events
  • Field all facility-based questions
  • Work enthusiastically to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Ensure the contract terms are being met by all parties
  • Ensure that venue is set up and maintained in accordance with client and event director and coordinator’s wishes and Brewhalla and Drekker Brewing Company standards of excellence
  • Acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and respond promptly. Answer questions accurately and politely.
  • General cleaning/touch up of event spaces (including event space flips happening night of or days after event)
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Must be 21+
  • Available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Black cocktail attire (pants, dress shirt, skirts, dresses, tennis shoes, dress shoes) and Drekker/Brewhalla preferred attire. Two Drekker/Brewhalla preferred attire items will be provided to you free of charge at time of hire. In general, look presentable.
  • All tattoos, piercings, and unnatural hair colors are allowed. Note however that excessive hanging jewelry can be dangerous in this type of service. Use discretion.
  • Keep in mind that we handle beverages daily, and often food as well, so general hygiene must be maintained. Intermittent showering and application of deodorant/antiperspirant is necessary to retain a non-offensive presence to customers. Take pride in your appearance because in this line of work, people notice.
